In 2013 I founded White Space Studio, a boutique interior design and architecture studio established in Ukraine. The studio grew to eventually employ a team of 10 people consisting of talented interior designers, draftsmen, purchasing managers, 3D visualizers, and advertising managers. We served clients located in Ukraine's major cities: Kyiv and Odessa, but also clients from outside of the country (Lithuania, Moldova). The team worked together to bring in new clients, write contracts, design projects, and supervise project execution.

After successfully completing more than 70 projects, our reputation preceded us, and the number of customers continuously grew every year. White Space Studio was dedicated to and succeeded at transforming dreams into a livable space.

My responsibilities in the studio:

• Company management and team selection (designers, draftsmen, 3D visualizers)
• Client consultation and design project creation: technical specifications, technical drawings, sketches in computer programs, client coordination, and materials and furniture selection
• Budgeting, procurement, and logistics
• Supervision of design execution, construction oversight, and quality control
• Research and purchase of the necessary technologies, selection of materials, and contractor vending.

I have experience organizing teams of 10 people, delegating tasks, and monitoring the project implementation and execution. One of my biggest strengths is solving challenging situations such as correcting errors in logistics and procurement as well as prompt decision making.
