After hundreds of conversations with clients, we have often encountered the same questions: why do some professionals charge per square metre, others a percentage of construction costs, and others a fixed fee?

Over time, I came to a fairly simple conclusion: no pricing method is perfect, but some create more transparency than others.

For more than thirteen years, we have worked exclusively with fixed fees. This choice is not based on a particular commercial strategy. It simply reflects our view of the relationship between the client and the interior designer.

When the cost of the project is known from the outset, everyone knows where they stand. The client can make decisions with confidence, while the professional can focus on the work without their remuneration being influenced by the exact floor area of the property or the final construction budget.

In our view, this remains one of the most honest, clear and balanced forms of collaboration. That is why we continue to apply it to every project.
